WINE-MAKING PROCESS: made from our Best selection of monastrell grapes obtained From low yielding vines, with controlled Fermentation between 25 and 28℃。

PAIRING: pairs well with all types of meat ,Stews, rice dishes and seasoned pasta.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: between 16-18℃.

TASTING NOTES: purplish in colour, very Intense. Aromas of dark fruit, aromatic herbs, Vanilla and spices. Full-flavoured mouth, fresh, with very good acidity and a pleasant floral Sensation.
